SKIN CONDITION - ROUGH TEXTURE

Skin may appear bumpy, blemished, dry or with larger pores, roughness or flaky. While medical conditions such as Rosacea and eczema can cause uneven texture, along with hormonal conditions such as pregnancy and menopause, in all skin types, dead cells can build up on the skin's outer layer, called the epidermis, leading to a rough texture and a dull appearance.
